DNA-10

DNA-10 is a mid-grade 20K GAWR formula for multiple on-highway operations with excellent results on trucks and trailers. It differs from the competition by using fine grit abrasives instead of coarse ones, making it a very drum friendly material while reducing the stopping distances. DNA-10 is fiberglass reinforced and contains friction stabilizers usually found only in premium formulas.

DNA-11

DNA-11 is a 23,000 GAWR OEM performance formula with excellent results on vocational trucks and trailers. It differs from the competition by using fine grit abrasives instead of coarse ones, making it a very drum friendly material while reducing the stopping distance. The added heat exchanging fillers provide cooler running brakes, meaning that the DNA-11 will serve demanding operations without compromising wear.

DNA-18

DNA-18 is a true premium performance 20K formula suitable for multiple on-highway operations where the user desires extended lining and drum life.

DNA-18 is fiberglass reinforced, contains noise damping compounds for quiet stops, fine grit abrasives for low drum wear and heat exchangers for cooler brakes. These are qualities that make it a long lasting, superior performance 20K product for high-demanding operators.

DNA-25

DNA-25 is formulated for severe duty applications on mountainous terrains and for heavily loaded vehicles.

These brake linings contain a combination of 6 different types of abrasives to ensure fade resistance at higher temperatures ranges, aided by heat exchangers and metallic fibers to preserve and reinforce the matrix.

As a result, DNA-25 provides greater stopping power while maintaining the durability of a premium product.

DNA-38

DNA-38 is a true premium performance 23K formula suitable for multiple heavy hauling operations where the user desires extended lining and drum life. Contains noise damping compounds for quiet stops, making it an excellent product for urban environments.

The added heat exchanging fillers and steel fibers provide cooler running brakes, meaning that the DNA-38 will have long life cycles even in very demanding operations.

DNA-68

DNA-68 is a high-end product that is specially formulated for the refuse and transit fleets that demand long lasting quiet brakes in stop-and-go operations.

DNA-68 contains a triple combination of aramid, steel and glass fiber reinforcers, lead-free brass chips, noise damping compounds and other specialty components.

Because of all these features DNA-68 will excel in any application from 23,000 to 26,000 lbs. axle loads.

DNA-88

DNA-88 brings film transfer technology of high-end disc pads to drum brakes. This formula is designed to coat the drums surface with a metallic film that protects against wear and creates a perfect friction pair with the linings.

DNA-88 is reinforced with a unique combination of 5 different fibers, including aramid, steel and glass fibers making it our top performer, most durable formula and your best choice for axle loads of 26,000 lbs. and up.
